Just ID Photo helps you create passport and ID photos from a selfie and download a digital file plus a print-ready sheet. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Photos you upload: Used only to generate your ID photo and print layout.
• Email at checkout: Used for payment confirmation and download delivery. An account password is not required for one-time purchases.
• Payment data: Processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Creem). We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: Basic logs and analytics that help us operate and improve the service.

How we use photos

• We process your image to crop, size, and format it for the document type you selected.
• Preview (watermarked) and final files may be stored temporarily so you can complete checkout and download.
• Unpaid previews are kept briefly for checkout. Final files after purchase are typically available for about 30 days.
• We do not sell your photos or use them to train public AI models.

Cookies and accounts

Signing in is optional. Checkout can be completed with an email only. If you create an account, we store your profile details to manage orders and support.

Your rights

You may request access or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. We may retain limited order records required for tax and accounting.
